It was a whale of a time at the Dana Point Festival of WhalesΒ Street Fair on Saturday! Β We metΒ so many fans; made new friends; watched aΒ giant red dog float by; and ate a lot of treats! Β Thanks Banyan Pet Photography for sharing the day with us and the Pet Project Foundation for putting on such a great event!
The street fair is put on every year by the Pet Project Foundation to raise both money and awareness for their goal to provide safe refuge and pro-humane care for lost or abandoned animals until a new home can be found for them. Β It is only one event of many that go on during the Festival of Whales Celebration that runs the first two weekends in March each year.
